Initial Nutrition Consultation

60-90 minutes

$155 per session

Follow Up Sessions

50-55 minutes

$135 per session

30 Minute sessions follow up session available for ARFID Clients

*Must be already seeing an RD and therapist

Most insurance plans cover nutrition counseling sessions with minimal cost to you!

All nutrition therapy sessions are virtual via telehealth at this time via a HIPAA compliant platform!

We can provide nutrition counseling to individuals that live in the following states: Texas, Ohio, West Virginia, Washington DC, New Jersey, Florida, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and North Carolina!

Depending on the acuity of a client's case, there may be an increased amount of time spent by the clinician on care coordination outside of sessions. The client would be responsible for a care coordination fee of $30 per 15 minutes. An estimate document can be provided by the clinician.

  • Yes! Nutrition therapy is typically in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. We are happy to provide you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if needed to receive potential reimbursement or potential sliding scale options.

  • Depending on state licensure laws, our dietitians can work with those in various states for nutrition therapy. Right now we are licensed and can see clients in IL, OH, TX, Washington DC, WV, FL, PA, MN, NC, and NJ.

  • We truly believe in providing accessible nutrition therapy therefore we try to offer sliding scale options for clients who request them if able.

  • Initial Sessions- $155 per session

    Follow Up Sessions-$135 per session

    30 minute ARFID follow up sessions: $70

    Meal Support Session-$75 per session (self-pay only)
