You probably are tired of not being heard

You've gotten the meal plans, the food journals, the eat a variety of foods, and the "just eat more vegetables" advice that completely ignores the fact that certain textures make you want to crawl out of your skin.
You've been told to meal prep (lol, with what executive function?), eat more intuitively (great, but HOW when you can't trust your body?), and probably—definitely—that you just need more discipline.

The problem is not you

It's that every approach you've tried was designed for neurotypical brains that don't experience food the way yours does.

Always Reddy Nutrition was formed because I got tired of watching neurodivergent AND neurotypical folks get blamed for struggling with systems that were never built for them.

I got tired of the whole "professional dietitian" act that pretends we're not all just humans trying to figure out how to eat without getting frustrated.

So Always Reddy Nutrition said screw it and built something different.

Why I'm like this

Plot twist: I'm also neurospicy

Which means I intimately understand:

  • The decision fatigue that makes "what's for dinner" feel like an unsolvable equation
  • The texture thing (it's not "picky eating," Susan—it's sensory he!!)
  • The shame that comes from people acting like eating should be simple
  • The exhaustion of trying to follow advice clearly designed for brains that work nothing like yours

I became a dietitian to help people heal their relationship with food

Then I realized traditional nutrition care was making things worse for neurodivergent folks.

So I built something different that is customizable to each persons needs.

I don't worry about being the most polished practice. (I work from home in my very pink office, or sometimes from my dining room, occasionally with a heating pad because period cramps are real.)

I care more about creating an actual space to explore relationships with food and body.

Always Reddy Nutrition isn't about being the most polished practice with the fanciest office

This is about creating actual space for neurodivergent folks to heal without having to mask, without having to pretend they're "normal," and without being treated like they're broken just because their brain works differently.

This is a also a space for neurotypical folks to work on their relationship with food and body by being listened too and not being ignored.

What we actually believe

value 1

Your body isn't the enemy

It's been trying to protect you this whole time. The food rules, the restrictions, the constant monitoring—that's what's been working against you, not your body.
value 2

Neurodivergent brains aren't broken

They're just different. And nutrition advice should account for that instead of expecting you to white-knuckle your way through approaches designed for neurotypical folks.
value 3

Weight ≠ health

We're HAES®-aligned, which means we don't use your weight as a proxy for your wellbeing. Your body size is not a problem to solve.
value 4

Diet culture is the actual villain here

Not sugar. Not carbs. Not your lack of willpower. The entire system that profits from making you feel inadequate? THAT'S the problem.
value 5

Healing isn't linear (and that's okay)

Some days will be harder than others. Some weeks you'll feel like you're going backward. That's not failure—that's just how healing actually works.
