You've been told there's a "perfect" way to eat.

That if you just had more discipline, more willpower, more something, you'd figure it out.

Meanwhile, you're over here dealing with texture nightmares, executive function saying "absolutely not today," and a body that society has opinions about.

You're not the problem.
Diet culture is.

And if one more person tells you to "just eat more vegetables"  or "you need to learn to love your body" without understanding your sensory overwhelm, food avoidance, or the fact that your neurodivergent brain thinks meal planning is a cute little fairy tale - we're staging a revolution.

Pick your path

Not sure where you fit?
That's totally okay! Let's hop on a quick call and figure it out together.

Neurodivergent & Eating Disorder Care

For the folks navigating the intersection of neurodivergence and food struggles.

We'll tackle texture sensitivities, food avoidance, routines, rituals, and rebuilding trust with food. All while working WITH your neurospicy brain.

Fertility & Reproductive Nutrition

Trying to conceive shouldn't come with a side of diet culture BS.

Get compassionate nutrition support for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum that honors your body and your neurodivergent needs.
No shame, just support.

Non-Diet Nutrition Counseling

Done with the food rules noise? Same.

Weight-inclusive nutrition support that meets you where you are. No moral judgments about what you ate, no "good food/bad food" BS, and definitely no unsolicited advice about your body.

Say hello to leaving the door open for food peace

At Always Reddy Nutrition, we're not here to give you another meal plan that looks perfect on paper and completely falls apart by Tuesday.

We're here to work WITH your neurospicy brain, not against it. While also meeting you where you are now.

This is nutrition therapy that:

  • Understands why "food is annoying" is a completely valid feeling
  • Honors texture sensitivities, decision fatigue, and food avoidance
  • Doesn't use the scale as a progress report (because weight ≠ health)
  • Creates space for the messy, non-linear reality of healing
  • Never makes you feel like you're failing at being human

We're trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, weight-inclusive, and proudly anti-diet culture.

(Basically, diet culture is the villain origin story we're all recovering from.)

Hi, I'm Allison, your friendly diet-culture rebel

I opened Always Reddy Nutrition because I was tired of seeing neurodivergent folks get left behind by traditional nutrition care.

As a neurodivergent dietitian, I KNOW what it's like when:
  • Decision fatigue makes meal planning feel impossible
  • Texture sensitivities mean half the "healthy foods" are a hard no
  • Executive function says "we're not doing that today"
  • You're told to "just try harder" when your brain literally works differently
My vibe is warm, quirky, possibly in pajamas, and 100% here to bring my full personality to our sessions.

My clients know that if they're having a rough day, I get it. We're all human here, so show up exactly as you are!
